Got a 41mm kit coming for the slim, currently running the progressive cartridges, they work really well two up, but I have come to find the small stuff feedback tedious when solo.
This kit comes with their version of HD's damper rod, spacers and 1.2 springs, using the available spring calculators and punching in my data that's pretty close to ideal for me, they recommend 20w fork oil to give the best results for this set up, will do a bit of a how to and review when I get them.
As you can see from the photos they have revised the damper rod from their first design, the machined flats provide a smoother action, they claim the result is as good as any cartridge or valving set up without any harshness, big call, we will see.

I for one will be interested on your take GM. Want to throw something in the front forks, JRI's on the back, are pretty good. Front she is still slopy with std setup.    I've tried various Fork oils; std. just doesn't click for me with my old girl. been saying this for years.

Short on pics but impact gun the the rod bolt out of the bottom of the slider, invert an using the Nates Tools seal driver and clamp kit(great stuff) to hold the fork tube in the vice over a bucket pull the top cap off remembering it's under pressure an strip it down.

Cleaned everything and fitted all the new seals etc onto the tubes with the new damper rods, the preload spacers that come with the kit are too short because they are for a tourer and I'm running fxst tubes which are longer, so made some out of thick walled polly, just followed the directions but keeping in mind my application so to speak.
