Hi, I have a 2011 Softail standard with the factory rear solid wheel, I purchased a 18 X 5.5 fat spoke to match the front fat spoke, but I have a feeling I brought one that won't fit.
I have what I believe 25mm rear axle and the wheel has bearing for a 19mm axle.
The hub sizes are also different size.
Do I need to source another wheel or is it a case of buying the correct bearings for my 25mm axle?

If the outer diameter of the bearings is 52mm you can swap.

If it's running a normal harley sealed bearing rather then a timken, you can buy them in 3/4in, 1in and 25mm.

    It's a 45mm hub.
Can I buy a bearing to suit a 25mm axle?

How wide does it need to be? 25mm x 45mm X ?mm, also are you absolutely sure of the 45mm measurement? Could be an imperial hub. If you could double check the 45mm it might be a bit over, 45.something.

That looks like the evo style timken bearing, tapered roller bearing and race, and the seal on the outside.

I don't beleive you'll get a 1in bearing for it, the inner and outer ID means the actual rollers would be tiny.

Fair call, 45 - 25 doesn't leave much for rollers and races.

I know of someone that found some (sealed 1in to fit timken size hole) online or a bearing shop, but they blew within a couple hundred kms.

Probably be even harder as I'll need ABS bearings too
