Better Air Filter for M8 Road Glide Special

Gidday one and all ... most likely has been asked so apologies up front if that is the case ... for those that may recognise me from previous post I am still deliberating weather to sell my RGS and change to Road King Special or even a Free Wheeler Trike due to the Top-Heavy weight of the RGS and the fact that I am fairly well riddled with the dreaded Arthritis's ... Bloody cold weather is not making it easy at the moment ... only 62 but feel like 82, Lol.
So as all can see with attached picture, I am currently running the Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather on my 17 RGS ... there are 2 issues for me, from day 1 it has always been a little bit of an issue with how far that style of Air Filter has stuck out, bit of a pain to get access to rear brake pedal at times ... not impossible of course but a little annoying.
The 2nd issue, and not sure if there is any fact to this issue so hopefully people here can verify yes or no but would I be right in thinking these types of Air Filters don`t let in as much air as compared to the Flat style that have the Filter exposed all the way around and are not sticking out as much as my current setup.
Of Course the Big Sucker style that is similar looking to my current setup let in shit loads more air but still have the issue of sticking out to far ... if I am correct in my setup not being the best choice for maximum air intake what do people here think is the Best Air Filter for the M8 motor which also has the Stage 4 setup as well ... and if there is a better Air Filter to change to would a re Dyno be recommended.
Thanks Guys for any comments ... Cheers from Tim ... PS. if anyone was wondering why I am contemplating spending more money on a bike that I may end up getting rid of, well all I can say is that I am a typical addicted dickhead to spending money on my bikes ... what can I say, you only live once ... Lol.

Hey Tim, that filter you have will supply everything that donk can suck in, the SE Ventilator will flow enough as well, won't need a retune if you go that way because your current filter isn't a restriction and the other while not quite as good still flows more than enough, that make sense? Drinking wife bashers so I might be talking in circles, they are a disease these bikes, spending is the meds lol

Thanks Grease Monkey for the reply ... good to know my current air filter is good enough for the job ... might still go down the Ventilator route as mine still has the issue of sticking out a little too far for my liking and restricts easy quick access to the rear brake pedal.
I have just received a set of outward extensions from DK Customs out of Menphis USA ... they are a 1-inch extension outwards for the floorboards so might wait until I install them and see if the access to rear brake pedal ends up being better and then I can save myself the expense of changing Air Filters.
Of course, I will have to find something else to spend my hard earned on to please my addiction ... shouldn`t be too hard ... Lol.
