    Same, the torque was less than advertised but maybe HD measure it at the crank? without the speed limiter in play the HP would be higher, limiter kicks in at 110MPH if what I've read is right, you can see on his dyno screen that even in 4th gear it cut out just above the 5250RPM cross over, torque was still up there and although it was on the way down with more RPM the HP would climb a bit more, aftermarket will get cams happening but tuning them might be an issue, might have to revert to the old PVIIIUSB days 😁
