    I got used to the smell running an old 60 hp SAME tractor running an air cooled V4, separate barrels and heads, pulling a 5' slasher on 40° + days.

    Spent two years dragging a slasher around behind one of them, only smell was my farts, aircon, radio, synchro box, best thing since sliced bread it was, loved that tractor :)

    Interesting article.
    KTM has been pushing Motorex for over 20 years, but now its gone to Mobil for it's GP bikes .
    I gave up on the recommended Motorex years ago due to price, now it's up to $150/4 litres !

    Primary is a filthy area, change that shit every service like your engine oil, trans......I got that pink stuff in there, I dunno when that needs to be changed, check magnet, nothing nasty, keep going?

    I have been using this in the primary for a coupla years now. Penrite 75W85 motorcycle wet clutch compatible.

    Available from Supercheap, bought on 20% off days, club member days etc etc.

    2x 2.5 litre tube = 5 primary oil changes. I do go thru it quite quickly over a few services.

    Changed at every oil change , same as the engine oil.

    Are youse cunts still waffiling on about oils?
    I ran Penrite 10 w 50 full synthetic in the three holes  for a couple of years  and took the bike for a Sunday run religiously. What  I did notice was there were no problems whatsoever. 
    I heard through the grapevine ( HD Australia Forum ) that the Redline  stuff was good so I put it in the gearbox  and their is a notable difference. Getting nuetral from first gear is a lot easier on my particular bike .  ( 88 twin cam )

    There now, doesn't it feel better now that you've joined the waffle? Sort of got it off your chest?
    Next thing you know when you're standing half pissed round a fire at midnight and find a bloke who uses the same oil as you, you'll give him a big hug and bellow in his ear I fukn luv ya brother.
