first tourer, 2015 roadglide.  Bought from dealer from different state so not seen until delivered. Yes i know !  worked out awesome and exactly as
described etc.      problem....   Im 5' 6"   Previous owner must of been 10'11"
Front is higher then std but not sure how much but suspect 2".  Rear had 14" legends with remote.
brought second hand std rears which should be 12" but still a tad high although i haven't done anything to the forks
Front feels very choppy over bumps so for sure i need to not just lower but soften.
You blokes have probably been over this a number or times, sorry but need your help.

    Rock on

I have a 2015/16 MY Road Glide Special and had Progressive 444's fitted to the rear and replacement Progressive front fork kit. Absolutely transformed the handling. I am 5' 8" and can easily flat foot. However, I also have a Saddlemen solo seat that also helps to lower sitting stance.

If it's both sitting higher in front with a harsh ride, might pay to see if preload spacers have been added to forks.

Given the upgrade to the rear shocks it could also be fitted with heavy duty fork springs and heavier fork oil. Both will tend to give a harsh ride. You may need to source a set of standard springs or at least some suitable to your weight.

    Where you located?
If your not going to use the suspension that came on the bike I'd be inclined to buy it

ended up with 11" std spring rate Progressive 414s shocks,  1" under std height fork spring kit.     with std seat im able to flat foot with slight bend at knee.     problem solved.   950k ride next weekend so should be able to land and take off with much more confidence.   cheers for the input.
