I've seen posts from years ago about a guy named fikmik , and I lost my tuner and want to have an older one reprogrammed is this guy still around?

Look up SE tuners on EBay he is there selling them 

I've tried every which way I cannot find him and when I do find the pro tuner it says it will not post to my shipping address I'm in the United States
