HELP!
I'm an old adventure rider and haven't ever bought a harley... does this bike sound ok? I don't understand the comments at all!
Does this bike sound reliable?

That is a nice looking bike and at a reasonable price. Some good work done to it.
I would pull that cover off the Heavy Breather so it can breathe and retune it.
Pull those bars back to continue the line of the forks and see how it feels.

Yeah mate I agree nice looking bike with good extras that’s a bonus, price is pretty good too for the year model km’s and extras it has. Looks like a great deal if the maintenance history of the bike is up to standard. Good luck
