So a professor from QUT has suggested that you receive a discount on your car licence if you surrender your motorcycle licence. And if you choose at a later date to get your motor cycle licence back you will have to redo a training and skills test. No mention of the initial discount of the drivers licence (insignificant i would guess) of course the cost of "retraining" isn't discussed either......read costly.  

Seriously though.... a QLD professor is about the equal to a Y10 student in every other State.  Good to see them confirming the proposition as well.

But we are the "Smart" state.....then those fucking Victorians arrived that brought our average IQ down.

Having them question your continuing need for a bike licence at renewal time is nothing new. I tell them that I don't own a car, only bikes, but still need the truck licence to drive the fire truck.
