I'm looking to transport the bike on the trailer and was wondering what tie down straps others are using thats suitable for a Harley. Whats good, whats bad? Would prefer soft loop versions but is the cam buckle style ok or stick with the ratchet type?

It can depend on the distance, weather and how good you are at tying off the excess strap after the cam. I’ve had the the cam style loosen over long distances, i.e. 150ks and especially if it rains, so I recommend the ratchet style. Set and forget.
