    Howdy GGUser466, great intro, I almost bought a shovel once, but as I am not mechanical minded, I was advised against it, but I did have a 88TC Nightrain worked out to a 103 that went like stink

    Hi GGUser466.

    Good to see another mechanically switched on bloke on here keen to delve into motor specifics.

    Run us through your 103 motor specs

    What cams, compression ratios (static and dynamic), CCP, deck heights you running?  What runnout does your 103 crank have? I've heard they're generally shit but we'll see what specs yours is.

    What tq n hp you end up with?

    There's nothing like a blind drunk onslaught for a first post to ingratiate yourself to the locals, nice work. It's a good thing most (not all) of us here are pretty thick skinned and have a sense of humour so it was fairly amusing if nothing else, welcome aboard.

    Settle down there big fella. If you read the entire thread you would understand there isn't anything directed at you in the latter part of your first thread. There is a bit of back and forth between me and one other ice cream frothing knucklehead who attacks people's family when he spits his cone and can't think of a decent comeback. So no 466, you have explained why the initial post and all is well. Enjoy the forum as there are some knowledgeable people here and are very helpful.
