I am thinking of buying a 2007 FXSTSSE series 11   CVO 110 Screaming eagle and he has been putting Screaming eagle oil into the motor, primary and trany since new, I thought you would need to run something thicker in the gearbox?  what you reckon -
     Cheers

I think you will find that Harley say you can run that piss thin chit in all three holes.
Me, I ALWAYS run a 'real' tranny fluid in the gearbox - pick any brand tbh - for me its Redline Shockproof.

Harley call tenders and put their brand on the cheapest oil that meets their specs. There is always better.

I remember watching on the idiot box years ago a bloke from the states who specialises in making his own gearboxes to suit hd’s, baker might have been his name, not 100 percent sure. Anyhow, his exact words were” Do not run engine oil in a gearbox, no matter what brand it is”
I use Penrith 75/90 synthetic in my old twin cam, my sportster and M8.
Never had a problem in using it for the last 12 yrs or so.
The last oil change on my Electra glide with over 120,000 kms on it had no metal on the magnetic drain plug for the gearbox at all.

Used Redline Shockproof in my Evo, never had a problem
Also used Penrite Diesel in the engine, it loved it
