My question of the Stealer is:  After 2 checks @ the 1000km marks what their plan of attack or approach going to be.  You need an answer to this question right now to see if it's acceptable or not.  They will drag this out for months if given half a chance so i would be racking up the 1000km ASAP to keep momentum going.  

Also read up on your rights under Consumer Protection Act - i.e. new bike or new engine or extensive repairs ect.

Good news! Took the bike to the dealer for the next oil consumption test.

Guy at the service desk advised me that they will order parts and start stripping the engine down to see what's going on. 

He wouldn't clarify what parts they would order initially, but also said if they find more issues requiring more parts, they will order the required parts.

Mid-January by the sounds. So good result for the minute.
