So dyno done today at the local. Wouldn't appear massive gains but the print out is a foreign language for me. Don't really understand it.
Having said that,  runs a lot smoother and backfire on decel has gone. Will take it for a decent ride soon but pretty happy so far.

So Binnsy basically they have optimised and cleaned up your AFR/Air fuel Ratio. If you look at the graph the pre/ graph shows a dip in the AFR at around that 1000rpm...just around that idle speed. As soon as throttle was applied it needed fuel but the motor started lean and continued that all the way thru in the standard form. They have added a bit more fuel thru the throttle progression giving you a far better line, and judging by your reply a better experience. Enjoy!

Looks like a +20% (or some number) across the board on the AFR TBH & then cutting off fuel on deceleration so the backfiring stops.

Thanks PB, makes sense.  Sounds like they have sorted it out for me.  It was running very hot too so Im hoping they have fixed that by adding some more fuel.  The engine had a tendency to back fire on take off sometimes too, that seems to have stopped now.  Time will tell after a decent ride, but after the short trip home, a few Ks, the bike was certainly behaving a lot nicer, and a lot smoother through the rev range.  Has certainly stopped backfiring on decel and would also backfire on gear change sometimes as well.  That has stopped too.
Im a happy camper so far.

    What model/year bike binnsy?

2018 Street Glide Special with the Screamn Eagle stage 4 114 upgrade engine fitted.  Was on the bike when I bought it a couple of years ago.  Has a full Rhinehart system as well and about 13000 Ks on the clock.  A lovely bike to ride, and even better now.

Binnsy not sure about why it would backfire on take off....understand a dip or hesitation on take off as it was getting more air than fuel....and air isn't the thing that is going to ignite (sorry this may be a dig at the greens/teals/labor) without fuel. You note how the AFR drops (leaner/less fuel) around that clutch street riding release rpm. Enjoy your new tune.

Your probably right mate.  When I think about it, it was more of a hesitation.
It was a bitch though, sort of throws you off balance when you expect the bike to take off and for a split second it doesn't !!!
