That relay thingy, if the indicators been changed to LED it could be a load equalizer to stop indicators flashing to quick. ( only a guess)

Yeh, should not need it with Head / tail led lights. Only indicators. But at least they working now.

A few years ago a mate with 97 superglide or wideglide ( had bits each when he bought it) was having probs with his rear indicators , we installed new ones, and found an equalizer fitted, so we took off and the indicators worked great ever since.

Yeah it's goin well, awesome bike. Yesterday was a good loop of mixed corners and highway, as an in-between bike it's awesome.

I Changed the air cleaner ,mostly for aesthetics to see more of the motor.
From stock to Arlen Ness
