I dont know the first thing about the M8 motor cos the twin cams are heaps better.
Seems like an expensive hose with a hole on the end .

So you drink schooners of VB ?
There might be hope for you yet.
Even if you are a Queenslander.

Gave the other V-twin some love (KTM950) , Valve clearances, oil change, Carb' sync , still need to do the coolant.
I need to service the forks, but can't be fucked !
These bikes are pretty labour intensive compared to a Harley .

Are the forks a pain to do?

    Yes, shim under buckets.
Remove Carb's and airbox, measure clearance , calculate new shim size, remove cams and buckets and change shim , refit cams and measure .
At least the cams are gear drive .

The factory White power USD cartridge forks are just a bit more time consuming .
Exact same procedure as my FXDX , which also need a service !
Sometimes I struggle for motivation !

Finished off fitting my rear wheel with new Pirelli Night Dragon. Had a Night Dragon before and was good although last few rides it was starting to slip. Being seven years old it can be expected.
