If you happy with the current stock then leave it alone.  Its bugger to sweet FA difference on a relatively stock bike and a very poor bang:buck return.  I have been single fire DynaS for 25 years but thats cause I perfed up the bike a bit back then and tended to ride it hard.

Adjustable ignition will help if you know how to use it or you get it tuned by a pro, it's not just about peak power.
