Network 10 certainly did a better job than police, of investigating the circumstances and events leading up to the allegation of rape and if this information had been put forward in the criminal trial, the result would likely have been very different.

You seem to have a real problem with comprehension. The judge has queried quite a few of Whybrow's assertions.

Whybrow focuses almost entirely on Lehrmann and Higgins. He has not been able to lay a glove on any of the third party witnesses that Network 10 have brought along to set the scene for the evening.
