I can’t help but feeling it was a bit of an overreaction.
Just a curiosity question guys .. unless i missed something why is it an over reaction to be pissed off when a dealership has some bullshit policy that says they wont change a tyre unless they can do both .. is that not an over the top rip off .
If you only need one tyre, you only buy one tyre. Which dealer. Suburb??
From my perspective its a over reaction when you go to the extent of producing a you tube video because you disagree with what a dealer tells you. The dealer is considered the expert in any potential litigation that may result due to what they may consider a worn or a mismatched tyre. They are required to perform "best practice"on every occasion and if that means telling you two tyres and you disagree, thank them and go elsewhere.
What was that old expression "the customer is always...?"
"the customer is always...?" Going to sue your arse when things that may not be your fault go wrong.....? was that the right answer?
