2010 Roadking classic power upgrade . 54h Andrews cams .
Searched a lot of forums late last year to get info on 54h Andrews cams , wasn’t  a lot of info out there. Something about the 54h I liked, so I built the motor off that basically.
So after researching the internet far n wide I came up with this combination to upgrade from 96ci to a 107 . I used parts bought online new and second hand . This motor has parts from at least 5 different engines I think .  It was my first build . I am not a mechanic but I am mechanically minded. I Used my workshop manual as well as YouTube for a lot of info. Fueling have some great YouTube instal vids and Kevin Baxter is gold 👍.
I built it with the potential to upgrade cams , if I choose at a later date , so the valve spring are a little overkill at the moment.
What do you think ? ,I’d be interested in suggestions or opinions on this motor build  . Could I have used a different combination ? Can I use bigger torque cams and it still be reliable ?
I ride flat out through the hills on my own but I also load up with tour pack and missus for some weekends away cruising , 2000 ks in a weekend isn't unusual . A Tasmania trip coming in a few months , 2 up  ,so a few 1000 ks to do over a couple of week's.
The dyno came in at around 103HP and 113 ftlb of torque . I would have liked a little more torque. The power comes on early and is smooth all the way up 👍
I’d like to have another go at a 117 build next year as I have my original motor to work with .

What thickness head gaskets are you running?

Dyno graph looks good and torque looks fat.

What figures where you aiming for?

What mufflers? True duals will cost you a bit of power, power duals much better option, 54 is a decent enough cam and do you have enough compression for a bigger cam if you want but it really comes down to where you want the torque, I did a 103 to 110 with 54's in a bagger, he had power duels and high output mufflers, not good mufflers, it still made over 125 torque so I figure you should be close to that.

Standard head gasket . Wiseco Trekker pistons where a direct replacement for standard parts giving 10.5 1 compression. So a standard head gasket was used . I’m not a mechanic but was hoping mid to late teens of torque

Yes it has V&H true duels . I would have loved to get around the 120 torque , I’d probably change cams later to get that.
Picking a cam is difficult though . So many variations in engine configuration it’s hard to nail one down . I have 10.5 1 compression now, could probably get more with a thinner head gasket .
Good job on 124 torque, I actually had a 110 kit,I went for genuine Harley barrels 103 bored to 107 instead

Power duals are a better header set up than true duals, mufflers also matter, that's why I asked because it could mean the difference in raising and carrying the torque a bit to the right.
