    Yep, and the custom paint job makes insurance a nightmare.

    A mate of mine had a 2003 Anniversary model Deuce in vivid black. It was a very nice bike.
    Either of those bikes featured seem like pretty good value. It costs a lot of money to personalize a bike, and those two both have a bit done cosmetically. If the changes appeal, then you have a head start.
    If you prefer conservative, get a vivid black paint set and put the current tank and fenders in a box until you sell.
    If you like to play, performance-wise, there is a lot of potential.
    Be prepared to sell the sportster, because if you do a bit of work on one of those, you won't be using it much.

    Very similar.  The one I'm talking about had a solo seat and different pipes and cams.
    He had removed the factory reflectors too  :)
