HI, I alluded to this in another post, but I've since worked out my problem is called 'Sidetone'.
We are using wired headsets, from what I can glean from the manual, there needs to be a wireless headset connected before the menu appears to turn down sidetone.
Anyone have any hacks to turn down sidetone without using a wireless headset
