110 twin cam upgrade

    Hi guys ive just joined the group
    A while back i brought a set of barrels and pistons out of an 2017 FATBOY S 110 cube , i intended fitting to my breakout. but have brought a 2015 street glide so am thinking of fitting to this 
    can anyone tell me if they will fit ?
    I assumed with SE bolt on 110 kits it would work 
    Any help would be great

    If they're off the factory 110, they wont fit your motor without machining the cases.

    The 'Drop in' 110 kit has a super thin spigot area to allow them actually fit standard cases without machining larger.

    I have heard of a mechanic in Richardsons hd machining the spigot to fit but I would be cautious about doing that.

    Agree, i believe the factory bolt on kit has a totally different liner made from a material that allows it to be thinner yet just as strong and warp resistant as the std 110 barrel. As John mentioned its a case machine job to get the std 110 to fit.
