So Qld has been embroiled in the labor government's involvement in various "independent" commissions from the Integrity Commision and the Crime and Corruption Commision. Both Commissioner's have quit, the former archivist who triggered an investigation by an external lawyer after he alleged his annual reports were subject to interference and then had his contract not renewed. After repeated requests the government has now agreed to look at the issues raised. Sounding positive so far......the person handpicked for the gig is Peter Coaldrake....a ex Labor member and a  labor political donor. You make your own decisions on how this will end.....

WA has had their borders shut due to Covid to the remainder of Australia and entry was restricted to a select few and they had to quarantine for 14days. Well Mark Mc Gowan is being sued by fat fucker Clive and has been ordered to attend court in Sydney after trying unsuccessfully to be heard via video. Miraculously on a day that they recorded their biggest spike, McGowan has announced the borders to be opened by the 3rd March and that co incidentally allows him to only do a week in isolation....ummm?

The only thing that will come out after all this is the usual "Nothing to see here, move on"

Beggars belief, the very thought of "independent" sends them all scuttling for cover.

So had a few hrs to spare while on computer today so had the live feed and vid going in the background of the court case about Rebel news journo Avi Yemini appeal about being thrown out of the press conference for Dan Andrews during covid. The premiers PA had him forcibly removed because Avi had in the past been critical of the Andrews handling of the pandemic and was perhaps fearful of what questions he may have asked during the press conference. Just for the record Avi does have a Federally accredited press pass.
It seems as though no single person can be held accountable or even identified , other than the PA who told police to remove him, as none of them can be forced to either testify or supply a statement under Parliamentary privilege. This happened within the grounds but not in the chamber. The judge has voiced his displeasure at the circumstances.
Regardless of your political view its a bit alarming that the government is able to filter questions that it either doesnt know the answers to or are to afraid to answer. Day two of the case tomorrow.

It's good to see you've found Rebel News PB. They definitely give a bit more insight into some things that our friends in the mainstream prefer/choose not to.

It would be interesting to see Dictator Dan get some genuinely tough questions from Avi Yemini but unfortunately like most pollies, he just won't answer them. He'll waffle on for ten minutes but not actually say anything, or just get pissed off and walk out.
