    Hi folks,
Anyone out there who has had the 131 kit installed on their 114 or 117?
Interested to know if you're happy with the mods...

No personal experience but if I was thinking about it, I would get the kit from Alpha Performance Engines.(Check them out on fb)
They ship the kit to other builders. They get good results with Cyclerama cams. But if you are not getting it built up there, you have to find somebody to tune it.

Looking at results and comparo's, I would just be taking the budget for the 131 straight to APE and asking them to build what you want.

And ponder a drop in S&S engine or better still a turbo.  Not that I have any idea on the cost of a stage 65 setup...lol

I put down a deposit on the 131 kit a few days back-work to be done mid April.
Latest Screamin' Eagle oil pump and new Derby cover included. Total parts & labour $8250
    Will update after install.

    Hi all
Just back from Bright. These pics from Mt. Hotham and Falls Creek. Great rides, very few cars ,sunny dry roads and spectacular scenery. The downside of the 131ci upgrade  is the 40kms loss in fuel-tank range. The downsides end there. This bike now roars in the midrange and top end -think regular motorcycle acceleration with the rumble and roar of a >2 litre V twin! My CVO ultra with Wilbers LCD shocks is most definitely a long termer. I know the $ spent is not investment property fiscal sense, but the smile on my  dial is now firmly entrenched.
