Are you sure it’s not the handlebar riser bolts or bushings?

Pretty sure it's not the handlebars they're on good and proper they don't move like they're loose. it's the rotation from left to right. It's hard to explain the feeling

What year?  I just replaced my head-stem bearings this wekend as after 35 years or so they were slightly notched!  Not that I minded, but the darn RWC did...lol.

Not hard to do if you have the right tools and a manual. (or a welder if you do not have the right tools)

Try going in to dealer, get them to take for ride. They will try fob you off. But demand they rectify. If they say its all good, demand they put it in writing.

Per above post from steamer, two year factory warranty means harley dealer will need to inspect/repair under warranty. Chances are it’ll be a bolt in need of tightening and if this is the case, ensure the right type of loktite is used. I’d check all of the bolts and fittings around handlebar risers before taking to dealer though. Quicker and easier than the ride to the dealer
