Something I`ve done a thousand times clean & oil air filter ,same ol K&N recharge kit, a couple days later  went to go for a quick putt & she stalls every corner the bike is a EFI dyna so if a piece of crap has gotten into throttle body where would I look first, strange thing is if I manually hold the throttle open at low speed there`s no missfier & idles good, it just seems a big coincidence the idle screw needs adjusting all of a sudden. maybe that`s all it is.??.  I will have another more intensive look when it cools down any ideas ?

I would just rip it apart again looking at the components as i did so.  You will most likely see something out of place causing the issue.

reckon your idle air control [ iac ] is playing up/sticking,my efi dyna does it sometimes, out of the blue as well,i clean the iac port [ very small at 12'oclock on the throttle body] with spray throttle body cleaner and cycle the key on/off a few times while spraying [ gentle amounts]seems to work for me...i'm too lousy to invest in a new iac. note ,put rags around/under the intake as shit will dribble down on cases ect.hope this helps.
