    Well that is a disgraceful bit of umpiring. Any reasonable ump would have sunk the boot in to the pitch invader while they were down and given Sam a high five.

    unfortunately. unsportsmanlike like conduct, = yellow card
    lucky the referee never went violent conduct = red card, you still cant "assault" or "retaliate"

    I personally would have walked her away giving the impression of a stern talking too, while actually saying dickhead should not have been on the park, the higher level a sports person the higher level of scrutiny, on or off the field.
