RG 2012 has electric oil pressure gauge, is not functioning. Can anyone tell where the hell the sensor is? Am guessing rocker cover somewhere, maybe not? Took the fairing off ,which is one of the most painfull jobs to do on this model, removed gauge, checked out and does move with current on contacts. Don't ask, do I have a multimeter? Yes, prob have three, very good ones, but can only drive basic mode. So saying gauge ok, guess sensor, checked wiring to extent, but need to remove a tank, etc which will do if sensor kaput. replaced fairing, prick of a job, sussed connections and checked. Been looking at the 20 pages of wiring diagrams in manwell but he seems spanish to me. Any directions,. thanks. If the fairing has to come off again, she is going to be left topless, and converted.

Balofski, isn't the sensor down near the rear master cylinder on the block?
May have a loose terminal or broken wire down there mate.
