Wide Glide rims on Super Glide

    Would a set of 2018 Wide Glide rims fit on my 2012 Super Glide
    Set online for 800.
    any advise would be great.

    old chrome rims are a little rusty
    add a little black to the bike (black rims)
    21 in front and wider rear
    just kickin the idea around

    21 front gets the thumbs down for me, unless you can get a rim that takes a fatter tyre than 90mm.
    Also wider rear does not mean better handling.
    You could always paint your slightly rusty rims black AND re-lace with stainless steel spokes.
    I recently did that on an old 750 four honda rims, using just kill rust epoxy rattle can paint over etch primer with a set of spokes from Ash's spokes. Pretty happy with the result.
