    Motorcyclist detected at 161km/hr on the Oxley Highway Somerton.
    At 10:00am on Wednesday the 28th July 2021, Oxley Highway Patrol detected a Harley Davidson travelling at 161km/hr on the Oxley Highway Somerton. Police stopped the motorcycle and spoke with the 59yo male rider. When asked about his excessive speed, the male said “I needed to go to the toilet”.
    He was subsequently issued with a traffic infringement notice for the offence of exceed speed by more than 45km/hr ($2547 and 6 demerit points). His licence was suspended immediately for a period of 6 months and the registration of his motorcycle was also cancelled.

    Guess he would really shit his pants when he saw the cop pulling him over.

    It is a bit strange the cops even bother asking "WHY" you were going 100mph.
    I for one would be interested in a list of answers that makes the cop feel obliged to let you go with out a fine in that situation.

    Sorry officer, my wife left me for a policeman and I thought it was him bringing her back.
