    How wide of a spacer can you put on a rear pulley before the belt is too far out of line?

    Any spacer really. That's why they make offset front sprockets to match.

    It will be out of alignment as soon as you put a spacer behind it. How much are you intending to space it out?3-4mm or more?

    Just change the front, it's a peice of piss on a sporty.
