Very hard to answer as the 1250 custom is yet to be released and test ridden, both ugly IMO

I’d have to be a teenager again to be comfortable sitting on either of those 😫

I'm thinking the way that Harley exhaust is routed it will burn the inside of the  thigh like a cabinet minister feeling up Julia Banks?

I think you would be ok with the HD's high pipes as look to have very heavy heat shield's. the Harley looks like a short fat little bike ( no fun to ride ) the FTR not much better to look at, but would be lighter & more fun to ride. if I was in the market I'd look at Ducati 1200 monster or a KTM Duke ( both more fun than these two )

Thinking about it (not thinking about buying, just thinking about the build ) look’s like a   V Rod style motor, I’m still loving my old 03 sporty . But if I bought another Bike I’d like to test a KTM Duke 890 R . See what it feel’s like.

Out of the two, I’d be going the Indian.
But I prefer my ‘10 sporty.

Me too. From an aesthetic view point the Harley looks a bit more traditional. The Indian looks like it was put together by a bunch of university students.
The only thing that would confuse my decision would be what the front brake works like on the test ride. I have a sneaky feeling it will be like most single disc bikes.
Almost satisfactory but not the best.

Yeah you would think with a 140+hp bike they would have a twin disc front end
