breakout crashbars

    Might be able to help you out there mate.
    Some of us thinks crash bars would  " ruin the aesthetics " .
    Some of us think it wont.
    And some of us dont really have an opinion either way.

    I only fit them to attach highway pegs bd. For the big runs.

    If you asked steelo nicely I reckon he would lend you his crash bars. They look '" low profile " enough to me.
    Maybe if you dont like the standard size guards you should sell the bike and buy something you do like.
    If you put up a couple of photos of the bike you will get heaps of suggestions

     I like crash bars. I actually don't have a lot of crashes , but you can pick your bike up easier when it falls over. and if you like to attach stuff to it  like foot pegs  train horns  fog lights helmet locks , its really handy.

    Breakouts already have forward controls, at least all the ones I have seen do. So why would you want highway pegs as well unless you have 4 legs?.
    Never seen a crash bar that makes a bike look better, however if you suffer from early onset Parkinsons or just fall over too much for some other reason then they make pretty good sense.
    A bull bar might make more of a statement. You don't see many of them.

    Haha Jay-Dee well spotted, you gotta look at springboks original post. Last sentence. He phrased it really well, only looking for “constructive comments” 

    Personally, I’d go for a set of training wheels, they would be different, no need for an ugly side stand and probably wouldn’t effect a Breakouts handling too much.

    Crash bars belong on tourers and vintage restos only. There are some unwritten rules that should not be broken.
