Burleigh Bars

Hi all. I’ve got a 2019 Breakout FXBRS and thinking of going with 2 inch black Burleigh drag bars with 2inch risers. I’ve heard you can wire the cables in the bars. Anyone got suggestions who could facilitate this? I’m in Melbourne. Harley Heaven don’t seem keen to help. Already got forward controls due to being 6’3. Will 2” risers be a problem with the speedo angle?

If HH won’t do it, any Indy would, pretty straight forward job.

Surprised HH not interested, they would do 100’s of them I would have thought.

I'm guessing HH won't do it because going full internal means cutting off the end of one side of the bars and fitting an internal throttle.

It also means converting to a hydro clutch and in general quite a bit of thinking as opposed to picking something from a catalogue and installing it with a kit.

Not sure the  OP meant he was wanting to run throttle cable and clutch cable through the bars, that would be a huge p.i.t.a.
Thought he meant electrical cables routed internally, which should not be a big deal for a workshop worth their salt.
    Maybe GGUser101 can clarify?.
Almost certain he would have no throttle cable anyway.

Thanks for the good advice. Didn’t mean the clutch and throttle, just electrics. I’ll try and find a pic to post. I’m a bit worried with the 2” risers. Will the angle be ok regarding the speedo?  The reach with forward controls and a straight drag bar will be fine for me but maybe there’ll be dramas with resale.

This is the 1st harley dealer that i have heard of not fitting aftermarket bars, they usually charge you a couple of grand+ and make a killing out of it lol. A non dealer indy would be the go though as he should be less expensive
