Hi there I’m hoping someone might be able to help, I have a 2019 ultra limited, the navigation is directing me up wrong roads, I have had the latest update done and it is still miss directing me, any help would be appreciated, cheers Wobble 

Dunno about the ultra, but my navman has different routing like Easiest, fastest ,most economical etc. I normally use easiest unless I know the shortcut, the others often take you up a back road which may have been closed, and not updated. maybe that???

Wobble, you most likely have selected stuff like avoid toll roads etc. If you've got the boom box manual, have read through that. If you don't have one, I believe you can download an electronic version straight from HD.

Thanks Doc, I have the manual and have read it, several times, I think my grey hair and lack of tech ability cause poor understanding, I am doing something wrong and as I’m 2 hours ride to my dealer it’s difficult to remedy. Thanks Wobble
