Pop the cam cover and see what's in it now, then you will know if you need cams or not, dollars add up fast, have a plan, so many ways to go.

I went from an 88 to a 103, had to change all including crank
    cost $6k

check how much a 103 motor costs,
then start again, this could go on until you put in a 127 or a 132

    Op hasn't been back?
Why an arbitrary "100hp" and "big" torque. Is it something you read? Need for bragging rights?
You've bought a 13 year old bike with a few little mods. It's going to be OK as it is. Just ride it.

A 100HP Harley with a fat torque curve is a fun thing to ride Steelo, big grin when you twist the wick.

Just did a 96 to 103. Stock heads, less than ideal Big Radius pipes, cams. bored throttle body. 102hp ( pretty much the most the stock heads and silly exhaust will let it make) and 116ft lbs. Seems to have worked well.

    There you go GGuser174.
Do the road trip to S.A and come back with the bike you are after.
It will be worth the effort and money if that is what you want.
