Not sure where you are but when I looked at building a pan (Captain America clone) with a new S&S Pan engine, softail frame etc, rego told me it would be classed as a new bike and have to meet all the current ADRs, not sure how I’d go transferring your reg to SA but based on what you say it’s an interesting bike. 

Post it up again as a Custom Shovel or something and add some close ups of the interesting Shovel stuff.

Sounds good, maybe even a video of that wonderful Shovel idle.
