rick k , I've never owned an EFI Harley yet ( still carb ) . but have watched a friend work on them. the plastic pump so on when you look in tank always looks like that. how old is the bike? they would be 100% fuel proof & might be a waist of time changing or the one you get to replace might be cheap aftermarket & not as good as original, so pays to double check all that out. good luck.

Put it this way you have it all apart, so too replace the hoses would be 10 minutes work.  Dont forget theese hoses are known for getting pin holes and reducing fuel pressure.. Complete pump and hoses are cheap insurance

Yes fuel proof. But not hole[leak ]proof for that sort off money i would go with something like this
