    I did think that I could go 1/5th with some other investors, the wife than said its only a 4 bedroom house!

    who would get the caretakers cottage?

    Like how the wife thinks....you get exclusive use of the island for 73 days per annum, you can invite/rent out anyone you want during that time. Its mandatory to drop into "Club Pauly" for a unwind on your way to the island. If you wanted to foot the bill for the fuel i could even drop you up there with the Robinson...
