just watched a couple more episodes wow around Bolivia those roads/ tracks look pretty gnarly  reminds me riding around Oz in the early 80`s coming down the west coast of WA ,300 odd k`s of powdery dirt roads , huge potholes filled with dust between  halls creek & Fitzroy crossing no Tarmac  back then on that stretch of road ,  man what a challenge on my Trusty Triumph nothing compared to what these blokes are doing ,loven the scenery just magic

Key Gidgi friend died outta Fitzroy Crossing 1978 a very very worked Z900, that's life. The road was shite, he left from Dampier, as many of us did.
Watched the series too, on apple shite, was impressed with the Scotsman and the Englishman teaming, and their tenacity and spose, just go. But not impressed with the Harley Electrics. Not my cuppa tea, having a generator on tow.Look know they gotta plug for usage, but bet they were cursing other times..

agreed The Harley live wire not for me either, but interesting to see south American landscapes & the povo communities I rode across the states back in 2012 , 9000miles about ,west to east & back certainly different from what they did, but yeah I recon getting a charge would have pissed me off also riding at 40 mph to save battery nah no fun !

Just got a new TV and 12 months Apple TV came with the deal, first thing I looked at was LONG WAY UP
Into the 4th episode and its a great show, the scenery is awesome, these 2 do good job of keeping the show fun to watch.
So much money has gone into the show, 15,000 Ks at 40 MPH Wow
