    Afternoon fellas,

Just after some advice before I seek out the dealers thoughts.

Having an issue with trans oil? leaking from what appears to be vent holes at the top of the case. The bike is a 2020 FXLRS which is seven weeks old but this has only started happening since I swapped out the pipes for TBR 2-1 and a canned map from Dynojet about two weeks ago which could just be coincidence. This was not an issue with the stock pipes and map. Initially, I thought it was just overfilled at the dealer and would settle over time but concerned that every time I ride the bike to temp I’m getting oil leaking out the breather holes and splashing up onto my rear tyre. Having owner a Sportster for many years previously I’m not familiar with this issue.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers.

Straight back to the dealer cobber.
    It is under warranty.
    Make sure they fix it.
Got no idea why it leaks oil there.
Don't let em fob you off.

yes take it back to your dealer, my Lowrider S (stage 2) has done about 14500k's with out any issues, how are you liking your bike apart from this issue?

Cheers WGNZ. Yeah, bit disappointing for a bike that’s only done 400 kays so far. Loving the bike and it is a completely different feel to the old Sportster (although I still miss it). I was surprised at how nimble it handles in slow traffic. Can’t get off the LRS without smiling 😎

Good luck with your dealer, my only gripe is that the speedo fogs up and i can't read the digital display

    Resolved.

After a second attempt at getting it fixed under warranty early this year the problem is now sorted. Turned out to be a busted seal at the top of the primary case (found a Google photo and circled this area in red). Initially the dealer replaced the shifter seal which didn’t resolve the issue but stoked it’s now resolved.
