I don’t mind going along with and playing the scammers’ game for a while. Usually they get bored with my antics though and fuck off without me having to ask. Try it, it’s satisfying, fun and doesn’t take much time

good ol gumtree scums

when selling my wifes car a couple of years back I had the same thing via Carsales
when I first placed the Ad got an SMS within about 10 min asking me to call a number or email via the add - i ignored it

I noticed that whenever I updated the Ad, by doing this the Ad goes automatically to the top of the search result and bingo, within 10 Min a similar text comes through

just ignore em, if theyre genuine they will leave a real message

its the world we're in unfortunately

I honestly can't remember anyone disliking their bike more than you Pauly. Never heard you say anything good about it.
What is worse is that it is general knowledge on probably the biggest Harley forum in Australia that you have it massively over insured and are itching for it to be stolen, burnt or written off in any manner.
It's got the makings for the next Fargo series.

I got the same phone call yesterday. .Some bullshit about being investigated by the tax office. I told him to fuck off before I realised it was a recording so I just hung up. The number has been logged into the phone but I don't want to call it on my phone.
Might do it from work today.
