    Saw them also at the Patch in Coolangatta many years ago. Place was torn down and turned into a block of units. Some would say that's progress but I don't agree, we've lost so many great venues over the years.

    Glad they matured, went to a gig in the 70’s, Thebarton Theatre (Adelaide) for Cheech and Chong.
    I think they were called the Keystone Angels, tad dismal doing covers ie The Wanderer etc, pretty much booed off the stage. 
    Big balls that they keep going and Doc found his way, much like the rest of us.
    No way get stuffed fuck off. 😎

    First cassette I ever bought as a young fella, “Live Line”, quintessential Aussie rock band, I still love listening to them on Spotify.

    That's the place. I had forgotten about the Playroom, another great venue. Spent many weekends on the coast, getting chased off the beach by the coppers for lighting bonfires and waking up on a deckchair beside somebody's swimming pool and sneaking out before they woke up. Great times
