    Hi All,
    Well i"ve just joined the zipper club, On the 8th of this month Sunday night had trouble breathing about 3 in he morning.
    Got taken into the QEII by the ambo"s and yep had a mild heart attack. Taken over to the PA and stents were not an option.
    So had triple by pass surgery and just got home now, Gotta take it easy for about 8 to 12 weeks and then it should be all good.

    Welcome to the club mate. Quad for me but 4 years on. Going well   Eat better Plenty of exercise. Cheers

    good job phatty : ) .. ive just got home myself with a nice zip down my chest.. kick back and take it easy mate ..dont over do like i did yesterday on my first day home .. paying for it now : ( .. im just thinking what tat i can get as a cover up : ))
