    Why would it make any difference what model it came off if you have the specs and pics?

    Anyone keen could just look up the PN.

    The only reason it doesn't bolt up directly is because it's a front disc so the bolt holes are one size smaller than the rears. Drill it out and use suitable bolts and you're good to go.
