Ignition problem

    Hey fellas,
Got an electrical/ignition/spark problem that's got me stuffed. 1990 evo running s&s motor, ultima 53-644 digital ignition and ultima wiring harness.
Problem is I have no spark, but coil tests good, and starter switch is not working.
If I disconnect the white wire from the ignition to the coil, the starter switch works, but obviously, I still have no spark.
The red status light on the ignition isn't lighting up, but the green one for the VOES is flickering, even though I have no VOES fitted.
Was running great and then it just stopped while out on a ride.
Think my ignition might be fried  ?

I know I seem to be posting a bit this evening. A loose / dodgy earth to battery can cause many ignition issues.

Thanks for the input steelo and rik k. I have checked the earths, as suspected they may have been the cause. I couldn't find any loose or dirty ones, but will give them another look tomorrow.
What's got me confused is why no starter switch unless I disconnect the white wire from the ignition.

If you have a kill switch check all the contacts in the system especially junction on frame between tanks.
