I use Gulf Western super diesel 15w 40 oil in all three holes, never had a problem , bike runs lovely and smooth. 2006 roadking.

I also stick plumbers tape on the bungs when reinserting them, and i wash the bike with Armorall wash and wax then use Mr Sheen on it to polish the chrome.
I pump tyres with pure natural air, using my home compressor to 36 - 38 cold. The air shocks have 5-15lbs depending in luggage and passenger.
My suspension is fine if I stay at or close to legal speeds. and slow a bit over extremely bumpy roads.
I step on from the left side.
Motor is stock with K&N air cleaner and slip on rush mufflers , runs great sounds great.
95,000 trouble free klm and lots of adventures.

Yeah, The little bugger is 6'7" The other grandsons are 6'6" and 6'8" the grandaughter whose only 12 towers over me as well????
The new generations have been overfed i reckon ?!

Well guys I think you’re all bastards.
Beautiful sunny day here in SA, no wind, 23degrees, so I took my wife Kerri out for a drive, out to a ferry crossing the Murray then Langhorne Creek vineyards, she has brain cancer so it’s good to get out, or so I thought.
There are all you inconsiderate bastards out there cruising the Adelaide Hills and environs. What a great sound, but still.

RB is correct folks. It was an absolutely perfect day in the Adelaide Hills today. I'm glad you got out RB. Those ferry crossings are very enjoyable and quite often, ride groups do the 6 ferry run, all up the Murray River from Wellington up to Swan Reach
I had a chance to do a Ghost Riders ride today and caught up with Spook who was un catchable on Jen's (his wonderful wife who died last year) scooter. I think it's a 650cc. We started at Strathalbyn and I immediately got lost following a squadron of Goldwings that left the car park at exactly the same time as the Ghosties. Little did I know that they weren't part of our group. I followed them for quite some distance towards wellington, leading my BIL on his Heritage with a sick feeling in my guts that we were going the wrong way. Anyway after a phone call I redeemed myself (sort of) and caught up with our group at Meadows. From there we continued to the Charleston Hotel (near where the Oakbank Easter racing event is held) for lunch. The Ghost Riders are well organised and use a corner marshaling system which caters for all riders, fast and slow. There were hundreds of motorbike riders out on the hills roads today and I'm pleased to say the Harley brand was not underrepresented. Great day and ride Spook.

sad part of the ride comments was a great day and all the Harley's were well represented

I have seen so many Harley's today with the nice day that I didn't know there was that many here
they only come out on the best of days, its the look at me on my HD, only see the occasional one any other day

That’s so true soapy. Unless it’s you or me out riding. Hehe. You’re a glass half empty sort of guy! Let’s hope they get a liking for it. Things must be heating up in Harley land. I can’t get my ultra into abw for a service until 17/11. That’s about 3 weeks I’ll have waited. Never longer than a week before. Giving the deuce a decent workout in the meantime. M
