Who knows what is happening in the Perth and Rockingham Harley dealerships?
I hear there has been a changing of the guard/s.
Has Simon and Tony and his wife gone?

Tony has been there from day 1 if I recall, and I also remember Helen, from memory she came over from Queensland with the people that started Perth Harley.....................be interested to see where Tony ends up, im sure Highway Harley would be talking with them, Tony would have alot of repeat customers I would think, Tony is stand up honest bloke from my experiences.

Helen was awesome and yes she came from Queensland and has now returned to Queensland.
I always call in and see her at Gasoline Alley Harley in Brisbane.
But nobody can confirm if the rumours are true about Simon and Tony and Chelsea.
Can anyone shed some light on the truth behind the situation at Perth Harley?

    Rumour only!!

Heard that all 3(SW??) connected WA dealerships had been sold to a large auto group.

Very interesting. A couple of things: I've noticed there's very few used bikes outside in recent weeks, hardly anything available to actually buy.

I had a tail tidy fitted in August and they put on the wrong one. It's taken me until now (November) to get them to change it. Took the bike in last Thursday, went to pick it up Saturday morning - not done.

The service guy was raging complaining that the mechanic had been told not to do my bike and work on something else. No one was happy.

Any time I've been in recently I've asked about Tony and told he was on "stress leave". On Saturday they let the cat out of the bag and told us he'd left under "really bad terms".

When I booked my bike in there was a new guy on service who chatted away about how he'd worked for Toyota for years (and still is!) and how great the new management was. Given he couldn't give a rats arse about my bike once we left sheds a lot of light on how things are going.

I've bought two bikes from Tony but can't see myself buying another from them or letting them service my bike.

Guess I'll be visiting Midland Harley from now on. 😦

Edit/Update: Put my bike in on a Thursday to get the tail tidy changed. Went back on Saturday, not done. They eventually did it, put the plate on at an angle, wiring hole exposed and riveted the plate which now looks like a Swiss cheese. It's going elsewhere now.

i take it you where talking to the service manager ?,about your bike/job.if someone undermined his position,it shows the place is in trouble.in the workshop i'm in, the service manager controls what happens,no one else...although sales try, they get shutdown pretty quick.
