    G’day again,
I’ve managed to hit a decent pothole resulting in a damaged rim, managed to stay upright. My old man has a brand new set of original rims for a 2014 Breakout. Will these fit my 2020 breakout or is there more work involved than what it’s worth?

    TIA!

From above O assume you’re in WA so there’s also Alliance Rim repairs.
    Probably just roll it out.

I am very curious what kind of "hit" can do that?
I rode into a pothole at 60kmh on a rainy day I felt my balls were squeezed hard. The bike (wide glide) has 80mm front wheel, the rim was ok.

A mate of mine was following too close to the car in front and he saw something lying  on the road too late.
It was a railway sleeper that had fell off a truck moments earlier. Fucked both wheels and both tyres.
He managed to hang on but only just.

If I was me, I’d be looking for a straight front breakout wheel rim. Cunts write off those ill handling things all the time.See if you can buy a straight one first .

To answer your original question the early and later Breakout wheels are interchangeable. There are new Breakouts around with powdercoated and also chrome turbines and they're the same wheels as available for the previous model. I've also seen pictures of a couple of early models with the later wheels on them.
I think you just need to get the correct wheel bearing kits for your model, check with your local dealer, they should be able to suss out the parts for you.
